The Ugly Duchess
By Eloisa James
Release Date: August 28, 2012Summary: Theodora Saxby is the last woman anyone expects the gorgeous James Ryburn, heir to the Duchy of Ashbrook, to marry. But after a romantic proposal before the prince himself, even practical Theo finds herself convinced of her soon-to-be duke's passion.
Still, the tabloids give the marriage six months.
Theo would have given it a lifetime…until she discovers that James desired not her heart, and certainly not her countenance, but her dowry. Society was shocked by their wedding; it's scandalized by their separation.
Now James faces the battle of his lifetime, convincing Theo that he loved the duckling who blossomed into the swan.
And Theo will quickly find that for a man with the soul of a pirate, All's Fair in Love—or War.
Ahhhhh another Fairy Tale romance from Eloisa James! I'm so excited for this one! She's already done Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, and Sleeping Beauty. And now it's the Ugly Duckling! Yay!! It sounds so good and I can't wait for it to come out in August!!!
Nice! Haven't heard of that one, but I don't read outside my paranormal genre anymore really. Still, I hope you LOVE this once you read it!ReplyDelete

I have noticed that Avon Books has been putting out a lot more quality romances than ever before. I have seen Eloisa James around, but have yet to try one of her romances. Sounds like a good pick.ReplyDelete
An interesting discussion is worth comment. I think that you should write more on this topic, it might not be a taboo subject but generally people are not enough to speak on such topics. To the next.ReplyDelete
