This one sounds so good! I love books about real girls who aren't a perfect size two while they chow down on fries, burgers, and ice cream every other page. Please be realistic! This one definitely sounds like a book people are going to relate to and I can't wait to see how it turns out. Will she lose the weight? Or will she learn to love her body? And who is this cutest guy she's ever seen???? I can't wait to find out!
This does look really good. I love the cover. I like books about "real" girls, too. I have the e-galley of this and am excited to read it.

While I don't read contemps, I do like the idea of a girl who isn't the "perfect" weight as well. Curious for the same reasons you are really!

ReplyDeleteThis books sounds really cute with a great message about body image. I may check it out!
ReplyDeleteAs someone who's dropped about 50 pounds (though not in a mere 2 1/2 months) I can relate! Books with girls who eat junk food all the time but are perfectly skinny annoy me.
ReplyDeleteGreat pick, and thanks for stopping by my blog on Wendesday!
