Top Ten Tuesday: Series I'd Like To Start But Haven't Yet

This is a meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish where each week bloggers share a list of books for the prompt given. So hopefully I'll have a new list to share with you all each week!

This Week's Topic: Top Ten Series I'd Like to Start But Haven't Yet

Oh goodness, there are way too many series that I've always wanted to start but haven't gotten to. All the people around the blogosphere are so excited for the newest releases from some of these series and I feel so left out because I still haven't gotten to them yet. I must find the time to because I've heard these reads are absolutely fantastic! Hopefully I can jump on the bandwagon and have a freak out every time a new book in these series comes out!

1. The Infernal Devices by Cassandra Clare
2. A Song of Fire and Ice by George R.R. Martin
3. The Iron Fey by Julie Kagawa

4. Covenant by Jennifer L. Armentrout
5. Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick
6. Bloodlines by Richelle Mead

7. Black Dagger Brotherhood by JR Ward
8. Legend by Marie Lu
9. Steampunk Chronicles by Kady Cross

10. Delirium by Lauren Oliver

Honorable Mention:
Graceling Realm by Kristin Cashore
Beautiful Disaster by Jamie McGuire
Lunar Chronicles by Melissa Meyer
White Rabbit Chronicles by Gena Showalter
Chicagoland Vampires by Chloe Neill

  1. Oh my goodness, there are so many good series on your list! 1,2,6 and 7 are some of my absolute favorites!

  2. I have so many of these books on my TBR list as well! It's just finding the time to read them that's impossible!

    Here's my list:

  3. Oh man. So many of these are in by TBR too! Need to catch up!

  4. Yes, so many great series on your list that I want to read aswell. Just too many!

Delirium by Lauren Oliver! I need that book. Need.

  5. I have seen Delirium on so many lists, it reafims that I need to read it. Great top ten!

  6. Delirium is pretty great. The hole premise just sucked me in. you MUST read Infernal Devices. I love this series almost more than I like Mortal Instruments!

  7. The Hush, Hush covers a beautiful... but definitely not my type of book. I've heard good things about Delirium, but then I also heard the last book was blah, so I'm still deciding if I want to read them or not. Cool List!

    Here's My TTT :)

  8. BDB is a series I have been making eyes at for a while and never took the plunge. I LOVED the Girl in the Steel Corsette, it was fun to read a steampunk YA novel. I hope you get a chance to read these books this year.
    Happy Reading

  9. I have read Hush Hush and I have to agree with Michelle there that it wasn't my kind of book at all and I can't say I recommend it to anyone.. Otherwise great list :)

  10. I also definitely want to read the Covenant series. I started Bloodlines and so far its really good. I read the first two in Delirium and those are FANTASTIC!

  11. I was so not fussed by Delirium or Hush Hush. I wouldn't rush into them.

  12. You must read the Iron King and the rest of the books in the series! It's one of my all-time favorites. Delirium, too, is really great. Lauren Oliver knows how to write a book. Nice list. :)

  13. Bloodlines and Iron King are on my list too. And you simply MUST read Clockwork Angel!

  14. OMG such great ones on here! I've read the first "hush, hush" and REALLY need to read book2 already haha. Delirium Trilogy is great! I still need to read "Requiem" though, I got it yesterday :). Beautiful Disaster is so good too! Love that one! Great contemporary story! Infernal Devices is great! I love all of Cassie Clare's books! :)

And I really need to read something by Rachelle Mead! And Legend! :) Great choices!

  15. Awesome list. I need to read some on your list as well like Legend, Hush, Hush and Clockwork Angel. You should really read Game of Thrones soon. =] Thanks for sharing and visiting my TT. =]

  16. Oh, you must read The Infernal Devices series and Delirium! They are amazing! I really need to read the Hush, Hush, Half-Blood and The Iron Fey series so badly! I hope you read and enjoy them soon :)

  17. Oh, I want to read most of these asap as well! I really liked Delirium but I have yet to finish that series. The rest though... let's just say that our lists are very similar haha. So many books, so little time...

  18. great list! i have a feeling if i did this meme my list would've been very similar!

  19. Great list and oh I forgot about adding Delirium. You have to read Martin! I hope you really like them. I have a friend who couldn't get into the books, but a majority of the people I know have.

I read Beautiful Disaster in a day. Let me know if you ever get around to it-would love to discuss it with you.

Thanks for stopping by Literary, etc.

  20. I've been tossing up whether to read Bloodlines. I loved Vampire Academy but I didn't like Sydney as a character so I've avoided it, but I should probably give it a go. I do love Adrian.

  21. OH MY GOSH The Iron Fey series is FANTASTIC! And I am completely obsessed with The Black Dagger Brotherhood!! SOOO GOOD AHHHH! AND The Infernal Devices triology is one of my favorites tooooo!
I hope to attack the beast that is A Game of Thrones sometime this year. :)

  22. Fun choices on your list! The first couple of Iron Fey books were really gorgeous to read. (After that it got a little too angsty for me.) Extra vote in for the Lunar Chronicles--a fun reimagining of Cinderella!

  23. Bloodlines, Half Blood, and Legend are all awesome. They are all some of my favorite books :) Also, The Girl in The Steel Corset is a really great steampunk series. I also want to read Clockwork Angel soon. Amazing picks!
