Stacking the Shelves (38)

Stacking the Shelves is a meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews where bloggers share what they got throughout the week!

From Publisher

When I heard that this one was written by a 17-yaer-old and it was her SECOND book to be published, I was really interested. Then, I read the summary and it sounded like a pretty good read! I'm excited to see how it turns out.

From Library

I was looking through the nonfiction section of the library the other day (something I pretty much never do) and decided to pick up these books. They seemed pretty fun and not like what I normally read. Hopefully I'll enjoy them!

And that's all for me this week! What did you all add to your shelves this week?

  1. Chasing Jupiter sounds interesting. I used to read a lot of non-fiction before I got a kindle. Thanks for reminding me about non-fiction. Nice stacking. I have a few I stacked this week too at FueledbyFiction

  2. That's always cool! Reading a book published by someone so young! That's how I got into Amelia Atwater Rhodes' books many years ago!

My STS will be up tomorrow, so be sure to stop by!

    Have a GREAT weekend!

  3. Oh my gosh!! I love your blog, it is fantastically adorable :) First off thank you for dropping by my STS posting & leaving a comment :) I always like to hear from new people that stop by. Secondly, what a great selection of books you have this week! I read A LOT of paranormal, or romance, or fantasy etc. I always forget about the non-fiction or contemporary reads; thanks for reminding me they're out there lol!

    Happy Reading this week!

  5. First off, LOVE your photo for StS! Made me giggle.

17 yr old's 2nd book, huh? Definitely interested to see what you think of it.

I haven't entered the non-fiction section of my library for months. Last I read was a book about the wives of Henry VIII. Before that? God knows.

    Enjoy your reading!

You can be anything that you choose if you apply yourself and try hard to work toward that goal. But being a Vampire is not what it seems like. It’s a life full of good, and amazing things. We are as human as you are.. It’s not what you are that counts, But how you choose to be. Do you want a life full of interesting things? Do you want to have power and influence over others? To be charming and desirable? To have wealth, health, and longevity, I can help you solve any problem you are having

    (2) If you want to stop having bad dreams.
    (3) You want to be promoted in your office.

    (5) If you want a child.
    (6) You want to be rich.
    (7) You want to tie your husband/wife to be yours forever.
    (8) If you need financial assistance.
